All software created by eHome Creations runs on Microsoft Windows 2000 and above. (Vista support in the works) Make sure you have install all the latest service packs for you target OS. If you have any problems post a message to the forum and include the product you are trying to install, what OS and service packs installed and what is happening. We will try to help the best we can.

Before you install the eHome client and you are planning on playing video, make sure you download and install Video and Audio codec's for you computer.

eHome Digital Tools HA Version 6.00

Price: Donation-ware - DIY: Single house hold License - 4 Computers (Contact us for additional configurations or commercial usage)

This is your main eHome touch screen application, administrator and Powerhome screen designer. Includes 12 back ground sets and 1 icon set. By default I do not include the VB6 runtimes as all machines should have these. But if you get a 'MSVBVM60.DLL' error when trying to run eHome then download the runtimes from here.

Download eHome Digital Tools V6.00 - 11.2meg

Upgrading from a previous 6.00 version. (Not from version 5) Stop the existing version first and just install the new version right over the top of the old one. The upgrade utility will run automatically and upgrade all needed files.

** Controlling eHome from your PDA? Take a look at Total Input V1. Its free and does a descent job as a mouse controller.
** Controlling external programs from your touch screen? Take a look at StrokeIt. (Not our name...)

eHome Audio and Video Rippers - Released

This is a add-on for eHome Digital Tools Version 5 AVOD mode. It allows you to add your own CD's and DVD's to the eHome system. Very easy to use and in a wizard step by step format. Automatically finds eHome content servers and copies or rips directly there. DVD images can also be created as ISO images for a more compact rip.

NOTE: The eHome video ripper does NOT rip copy protected DVD's but you can head over to Slysoft and purchase AnyDVD to handle this.

(If you download eHome Digital Tools you already have these) Comes with it's own menu or games can be started from your own custom system. Right now 800 * 600 only. Supports network high scores so if you install it on more then 1 touch screen computer all share the same high score file. Spice up your touch screen with some games!

eHome TV - Released

Touch screen TV for the old Hauppauge Win TV GO cards. 800 * 600 only.

How to install
(1) Install the Hauppauge WinTV drivers for your card. There are two different chipsets. (Hauppauge WinTV Go Drivers)
(2) Install eHomeTV. Start eHome eHomeTV and scan your channels, restart and all should be good.
